How This Financing Is Structured

CRE loans are typically structured as first-lien mortgages on the subject property, amortized over 20–25 years with balloon payments at 5, 7, or 10 years. SBA 504 structures split financing between a conventional first lien and an SBA debenture. Bridge loans are shorter-term with interest-only periods.
